* INA3221 library branch to support negative values Original INA3221 library does not handle negative values properly due to mishandling of signed bits in sensor reading and processing. I have branched the library, changed the code, and tested with several deployed nodes to confirm functionality. * Update INA3221 library reference to use version tag Updated my library repo to reflect a version tag properly per request by meshtastic code reviewer --------- Co-authored-by: Ben Meadors <benmmeadors@gmail.com>
