* Add sqlite to build requires * Add missed comma * Add sqlite dev to more dockerfiles * Alpine docker fix * Add sqlite to build requires * Add sqlite depdendency (Cherry-picks from sfpp) Store and Forward Plus Plus requires sqlite to work.
