2874b22d6c add a Lock, LockGuard and printThreadInfo 
* `Lock`: trivial wrapper for FreeRTOS binary semaphores
* `LockGuard`: RAII wrapper for using `Lock`
* `printThreadInfo`: helper for showing which core/FreeRTOS task we are
  running under
