Host metrics (#6817)

* Add std::string exec() function to PortduinoGlue for future work

* MVP for HostMetrics module.

* Fix compilation for other targets

* Remove extra debug calls

* Big numbers don't do well as INTs.

* Add HostMetrics to config.yaml
